For chocolate liquor, if the shell is in excess of 2% calculated on the basis of alkali-free nibs

How sick is that?? Now I am totally just going to have to become a non-eater altogether. Too bad I'd die if I did that. How long can one survive off vitamins? Wait. There's probably gross stuff in vitamins, too!! Ugh!!
